Training Schedule Sept 19-24

Hours: Practices. M,W,F 2:00PM to approx 4:15-4:30PM.
Morning workouts are mandatory for group A and B. Group C and D will be beginning this week.

Training Tip: While doing strength and core strength work, you should pay attention to making sure you are getting enough iron, pottasium, and protein in your diet since these get depleted more quickly with this type of strength building. Dehydration has been a factor due to the heat. Get plenty of fluids!
